- Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Unless custom ordered, most items ship within one week of purchase.
- All custom order items cannot be returned. This includes wedding flower designs, memorial keepsakes, or any other custom arrangement.
- All deposits on custom order designs are non-refundable.
- We have a 10-day return policy for items from our Capturing Bloom store. Which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and other issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- You have 24 hours upon the reception of a custom order to reach out for damages and issues. Once 24 hours has passed, Capturing Blooms/ NoFarmNeeded, is not liable for any damage of your design and arrangement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
